SCENECS is an international film festival that gives room to new directors and producers for their first or second production and for their further development. SCENECS differentiates itself from other film festivals by its‘ “Debut formula”. SCENECS creates with this formula an honest platform, in which new filmmakers are given the chance and the room to present their productions to a large public and to compete against each other.
